At Lacavara, we strive to breed and raise quality puppies with sound temperaments, correct conformation and who are true to the Cavalier type.

We have chosen our breeding stock mainly from top Australian and English bloodlines. Our original breeding program has been based on the world renown LECHEVALIER line in Australia with the influence of some top English bloodlines such as Crisdig, Amantra, Salador and Homerbrent in the early years.

Our first show dog, Asian Ch Mal Grand Ch Lechevalier Owen At Lacavara, is an exceptional son of Eng Ch Aust Grand Ch Loranka's Dream Lover At Le Chevalier, Best Of Breed Crufts 1996 out of Australia's top winning Cavalier bitch of all times, Aust Grand Ch Lechevalier Veronique.
